Change the landscape of worship

 

We have felt the Lord leading us to excite a movement of worshippers to change the landscape of worship in Barbados and beyond. Currently a large majority of the songs we sing in our churches are international. While there is nothing wrong with this, many of our own songs are not sung primarily because they aren't published to radio and are unknown. We pray that the LWC will create an alternative avenue for local and regional worship songwriters to share their songs and have them sung in a wider body of churches.

 

Membership

For a small subscription fee of Bds$50/year to offset operational costs, you can become a member of LWC and be instrumental in effecting this change. Our innaugural meeting is scheduled for Sat April 18th 2015 at 5:00pm. For more information, please contact (246) 8220350 or (246) 2623816.
 

Benefits of membership

1. Access to the meetings of Live Worship Community where you can connect with other worship ministers and share your songs. We will provide the location and sound equipment. Refreshments will be included.
2. Listing of your registered song (s) on our internet database which will expose your song to a wider audience.
3. Free/discounted admission to all workshops and seminars hosted by the LWC/LSR.
